a couple next door was quite noisy. but the radiator in the room was modern, there were three bathrooms available, and the wi-fi worked perfectly. very convenient to charge my devices.

I stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom. The place was super comfy and had a homey vibe. Three bathrooms made it easy to get ready. Everything was clean. The little kitchen downstairs was a bonus for snacks! Wi-Fi was great—totally reliable for streaming. The decor in the room was nice, and the radiator was modern. Just a bit off the main tourist path, but if you know London, it’s fine. Lots of shops and coffee places around. A good spot overall!

Cozy room, convenient shared kitchen, with an electric kettle and cookware that made it easy to prepare snacks or drinks, and the location was fantastic for public transport, being only a 5-minute walk from New Cross.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

it was warm and homely, super clean, and had three bathrooms which was realy handy plus the kitchen downstairs was great for snacks. also, the wi-fi was amazin and totally free, worked perfectly for my phone. location is awesome, lots of shops around and public transport close by.
only issue was a noisy couple next door that made it kinda awkward but nothing too bad.
